Sugarfoot is especially trained for off the farm visiting.  This tiny mare is only 29 inches tall at the withers and is trained to jump into the back seat of the pick up truck to go visit.

Generally on the South Shore, Sugarfoot visits schools, Senior Residences, attends Special Events, Presents at Service clubs, and sometimes attends a Birthday Party.  Sponsors fund Mini on the Go unless it’s for a private party.  One of Sugarfoot's goals is to acquire permission from the Infectious Control Agents at the SSRH so she is able to visit patients like Shanty (the NEWFIE DOG) does.

Sugarfoot’s Team brings education and news to whomever she visits.  Her team brings treats and grooming tools.  She has a special vest and a dragon’s eye mounted on her show halter.  Sugarfoot brings joy and laughter with her tricks and obvious desire to be petter at every visit.

There are now 5 elements needed for equines to flourish.  One element is stimulation and meeting new friends, and visiting new places is Sugarfoot’s most favourite stim when she isn’t working at the farm teaching horsemanship and liberty.
